Applications

Cold Lamination Film is widely used for surface protection and enhancement of printed materials. Key applications include

Manufacturing Process

Material Preparation: High-quality PVC film (70–80 microns) and release paper (100–120 gsm) are selected.
Coating: A pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive is evenly applied to the PVC.
Lamination: PVC and release paper are combined under controlled pressure to ensure glue uniformity.
Curing: The laminated film is stored to allow adhesive maturation (2–5 days) for optimal bonding
Cutting: Final rolls are trimmed to standard sizes (e.g., 36", 50", 60" × 50m).
