1. Application Scope

2. Production Process

Material Formulation:

- PVC resin is blended with tackifiers (e.g., rosin esters), UV stabilizers, and plasticizers to enhance adhesion and flexibility.

Calendering & Coating:

- The mixture is heated and pressed into thin films, followed by a high-tack adhesive coating applied to one side.

Printing:

- Digital Printing: UV or solvent-based inks are used for vibrant, fade-resistant graphics.

Lamination & Cutting:
